Mishcon de Reya strengthens Insolvency practice with Partner hire

Mishcon de Reya has today announced that Radford Goodman has joined its Insolvency team as a Partner in its London office.

Radford has significant experience in a broad range of commercial disputes, with a focus on contentious insolvency, enforcement of security, banking and finance, directors’ duties, civil fraud and international asset recovery.

Primarily, he represents insolvency practitioners, financial institutions, businesses and corporate directors . Radford has extensive experience in both High Court litigation and international arbitration, and frequently works in tandem with local counsel on high value cross-border mandates.

Radford joins us from Norton Rose Fulbright, where he was a Partner in the Commercial Disputes team since 2008. He is recognised in the 2024 edition of The Best Lawyers in the United Kingdom for restructuring and insolvency and is a contributor to the leading practitioner text, The Law of Administrators and Receivers of Companies (Sweet & Maxwell).
