- Advising Wessex Asset Management on the establishment of a fourth fund, Wessex Gold Fund and the listing of the Fund on the Irish Stock Exchange.
- Advising Fund Manager ACP Capital on their AIM listing and fundraising and on the establishment and listing of a €100m mezzanine fund
- Acting for Yatra Capital and K2 Property with respect to the establishment of a Mauritius-based fund for investment in Indian real estate and subsequent €100m placing and listing on Euronext
- Acting for a Mauritius-based private fund investing in Indian real estate on its US$100m fundraising
- Listing of a third hedge fund listed on the Irish Stock Exchange for Wessex Asset Management.
