Expertise
Partner and head of the family department, Sandra is a recognised expert in the resolution of disputes for high-net-worth individuals and acts for a number of high-profile clients attracting media attention. She specialises in all aspects of family work, particularly in negotiating complex settlements with offshore issues, pre-nuptial contracts, co-habitation and residency and contact disputes. Sandra has particular expertise in dealing with the intricacies of multi-jurisdictional cases and has managed cases involving figures of public interest.
The author of International Child Abduction published in 1993 by Sweet & Maxwell, Sandra is also a member of the Lord Chancellor's Child Abduction Panel. In 2009 Sandra was invited to join The Times Law Panel. She frequently broadcasts and chairs, organises and speaks at conferences on family law issues.
Sandra is an active member of the Solicitors Family Law Association, a member of the International Bar Association and a Fellow of the International Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers.
