Continued Growth for Mishcon Employment Group

Mishcon de Reya Managing Partner Kevin Gold is very pleased to announce the election of employment lawyer Daniel Naftalin to the partnership.

In the last 12 months Daniel has acted for a number of directors of FTSE 100 companies on their contracts and terminations including leading the case for Steven Horkulak v Cantor Fitzgerald. Daniel is a regular lecturer on the subject of drugs and alcohol in the workplace. He advised the Independent Enquiry on Drug Testing at Work and lectures on the subject on behalf of the Home Office. He has also given numerous interviews on bullying and harassment in the workplace and has had articles published in Employment Law Journal, Employment Law On-Line, In-House Lawyer, IT and Online Review.

Daniel has also developed a sub-specialty in employment related sports law having acted in the last 12 months for Peter Kenyon on his departure from Manchester United, for Watford in their dispute with Gianluca Vialli and various other sports related matters including advice to various players and managers. He is also the recommended legal adviser to employee's leaving the Football Association.
