New Insolvency Partner for Mishcon de Reya

Mishcon de Reya is delighted to announce the arrival of Mike Stubbs, who joins the firm as a Partner in the Fraud & Insolvency Group. Mike was previously a Partner at Beachcroft LLP. Mike specialises in problem solving in all areas of insolvency, reconstruction and recovery business. His clients include lenders, companies, directors, office holders and other professionals.

Mike’s wide-ranging experience will be a further boost to the Firm's well-established Fraud & Insolvency Group, which now comprises of 40 fee-earners. In addition to traditional insolvency work the Group has developed specialist markets in asset recovery and injunctions.

Mike is also a member of R3, IPA and ABI. He is the co-author of Insolvency Procedure Notes (with Paul Gordon-Saker). He has written on numerous articles and has regularly presented at professional and commercial conferences in addition to TV and radio appearances.

Commenting on the appointment, Mishcon's Head of Insolvency Group Danny Davis stated:
