Mishcon advises Astaire & Partners Limited

Mishcon de Reya advised Astaire & Partners Limited, the independent agency stockbroker and bespoke private client discretionary fund manager, on its £1.67 million sale to investment bank and stockbroker, Blue Oar plc.

The £1.67 million acquisition of Astaire & Partners Limited comprises £1.5 million in cash payable on completion and 1.3 million Blue Oar shares at 13p per share.

Astaire & Partners Limited was formed in 1960 as a stockbroking partnership and has developed a reputation for its innovative and international outlook, recognising the value of the London time zone in relation to world securities markets.
