Mishcon de Reya advises Deramore Holdings on the purchase of 12-15 High Street Winchester from British Land

Mishcon de Reya has advised Deramore Holdings Limited on the purchase of the freehold interest in 12-15 High Street, Winchester from British Land for £11.25million.

The 50,612 square foot property is arranged over four floors and is let to UK high street retailer Debenham Retail PLC on a lease expiring in March 2034.

The Mishcon de Reya team was led by Real Estate Partner John England.
