Mishcon advises Helical Bar on JV with Grainger

Mishcon de Reya advised long-standing client, Helical Bar plc on its joint venture vehicle with Grainger plc in connection with the circa £180 million mixed-use development of the area around Hammersmith Town Hall, at the western end of King Street.
The development will include approximately 290 homes, 11,000 sq m civic office building and 5,200 sq m of retail, cafes and restaurants. It will also include new ‘urban spaces’, such as a public square, a pedestrian street, a footbridge and a redesigned park.
