Mishcon de Reya advises new client ArgentVive plc

Mishcon de Reya has advised new client ArgentVive plc, the AIM-quoted e-commerce group, on its £4.2 million secondary fundraising.
The fundraising will in part finance the acquisition of the entire issued share capital of Solcara Limited for a total consideration of £4.475 million comprising £1.62 million in cash and 4.76 million consideration shares. The acquisition enables ArgentVive to expand its B2B presence within the UK and international markets.
ArgentVive was advised by Corporate Partner, Ross Bryson who was assisted by Senior Corporate Assistant, Karl Huckle and Corporate Assistant, Andrew Wolfin.
ArgentVive was also advised as to the acquisition by Marcus Rebuck of RebuckLaw. Charles Stanley Securities acted as nominated adviser and joint broker and IAF Securities acted as financial adviser and joint broker.
