Mishcon de Reya advised existing client Topland Group Limited (‘Topland’) on a joint venture with South Asian Real Estate Limited worth $2 billion (total investment programme).
Topland is to invest up to $61.5 million in the form of direct investment in an Indian real estate fund and in the joint venture, with an initial investment of $11.5 million.
Topland is one of the largest privately owned international investment groups, with property assets in region of $8 billion.
Christopher Jones, Head of the Firm’s Investment Funds Group led the team.
