Mishcon de Reya advised, Chris Powell, Tim Darwell-Taylor, Chrisalis Trustees Limited and Emsley Management Limited on the sale of the entire issued share capital of Zero Octa (UK) Limited for an undisclosed sum.
Richard Tyler, Head of Corporate Commercial Department led the Mishcon de Reya team assisted by Tax Principal, Vishvas Kanji and Senior Corporate Assistant, Karl Huckle.
Kale Consultants Limited, an Indian listed company acted as guarantor and its subsidiary, Kale Revenue Assurance Services Limited as the buyer. They were represented by Reed Smith Richards Butler LLP and ALMT Law.
