Mishcon de Reya advises Deramore on the purchase of 48-76 St John's Road Clapham Junction from Prudential

Mishcon de Reya, acting for Deramore Holdings Limited has completed the purchase from the Prudential Assurance Company Limited of 48-76 St John's Road Clapham for £25.5million.
The well-positioned retail property is arranged in two adjacent parades and comprises 35,606 sq ft of predominantly retail with ancillary office and residential accommodation. The property is made up of 16 occupational tenants, including, Woolwich, New Look, Ottakars, Ryman’s, Claire’s Accessories, National Westminster Bank, British Heart Foundation and Barclays Bank and generates a current annual rental income of £1,086,490.
