Mishcon de Reya advises existing client ACP Capital Limited, the Jersey based niche integrated finance provider specialising in the European SME market which listed on AIM in January 2006, on its £150 million Secondary Placing and Admission to AIM.

Head of the Corporate Group, Nick Davis led the team assisted by Corporate Senior Assistant, Karl Huckle.
