Mishcon de Reya's Corporate Department completes the acquisition of Kamps Food Retail S.A. on behalf of client IFR Capital plc for a consideration of €130 million.

Mishcon de Reya's Corporate Department this week completed the acquisition of Kamps Food Retail S.A. on behalf of client IFR Capital plc for a consideration of €130 million. The purchase price was comprised of a mixture of cash and shares in IFR Capital plc. The deal completed on 10 January, 2007. Partner Nick Davis along with senior solicitor Karl Huckle led the Mishcon de Reya team.
IFR Capital plc is a Cyprus based incorporated company. In November 2006 Mishcon de Reya advised them on their €135 million AIM listing. Kamps Food Retail is based in Luxembourg and is the sole owner of the Nordsee Group.
