Mishcon de Reya advises Royal Unibrew A/S

Mishcon de Reya has advised client Royal Unibrew A/S on its US$22.3 million acquisition (subject to a number of conditions) of the controlling interests in Dominica Brewery & Beverages Ltd, Antigua Brewery Ltd and Antigua PET Plant Ltd.

Upon completion Royal Unibrew A/S will hold a: 58.4% share of capital and votes in Dominica Brewery & Beverages Ltd, 91.7% share of capital and votes in Antigua Brewery Ltd and 75% share of capital and votes in Antigua PET Plant Ltd.

The total transaction value of US$26.5 million is made up of US$15.3 million from share value and US$7 million from debt.
