Mishcon de Reya acts for Frogmore Real Estate Partners on the purchase of St Mary Axe, EC3

Mishcon de Reya has acted for Frogmore on the purchase of 46 and 50 St Mary Axe in the City for £12million.
The property, which comprises two connecting office buildings totalling 1,778 sq m was purchased from National Bank of Greece.
Frogmore plans to replace the buildings with 3,212 sq m of offices and demolition is to start in early 2007.
The Mishcon de Reya team headed by Real Estate partner Ronald Hooberman assisted by Karen Milne also acted on the recent purchase of Westel House, Ealing for the Frogmore Real Estate Partners £1billion Fund.
