Corporate Success for Mishcon de Reya

Mishcon de Reya announces today that Nick Davis and Susan Breen, both currently partners at US firm Kilpatrick Stockton's London office, will join Mishcon de Reya as partners in their Corporate Department next month.

Richard Tyler, Head of Corporate at Mishcon said: "To support the rapid growth of our Corporate Department, we searched for expertise and particular sector focus. We have been actively trying to recruit Nick and Susan for the last few years and we are absolutely delighted that these two outstanding lawyers will now be joining us".

Nick Davis specialises in mergers and acquisitions and general corporate work with particular focus on the recruitment, IP and technology sectors. Susan Breen is a corporate finance partner whose main focus is on the gaming, technology and logistics sectors.
