Mishcon de Reya Advises On O&H Property Sale

Mishcon de Reya (MdR) has advised new client O&H Properties, Eli Shahmoon's private property group, on the sale of a west end investment property 20 Orange Street London WC2 for £7.45million.

The freehold property which comprises 13,309 sq. ft. of high quality office accommodation is arranged over lower ground, ground and five upper floors. It is let to three tenants on four separate leases producing a total income of £410,790 per annum.

The MdR team was led by property partner Daniel Lipman who was assisted by John England.
