October 2006: Mishcon de Reya acts for Golfrate on the sale of Leavesden Park, Watford

Mishcon de Reya acting for Egilsay Limited a BVI registered subsidiary of Golfrate Holdings Limited has completed the sale of Buildings 1, 2 and 3 Leavesden Park, Watford to Morley Fund Management for £73.5million. The property is let to BT on three leases at a combined rental of £4,275,565 per annum.
The Mishcon de Reya team was led by property partners Susan Freeman and Philip Freedman assisted by Daniel Ellison.
