Mishcon de Reya advises the management team on the management buy-in of Park Finance Holdings Limited

Mishcon de Reya advised the management team, (backed by Credit Suisse and led by Dr Roger Gewolb), on the management buy-in of Park Finance Holdings Limited for an undisclosed consideration.
The deal, which recently completed, involved the acquisition of Park Finance Holdings Limited, a motor finance company with operations in both London and Cardiff, from Hermes Private Equity Limited and represents the latest in a series of recent mandates for Mishcon de Reya's Private Equity Group.
Corporate Partner, Kevin McCarthy led the team assisted by Head of Litigation, James Libson and Corporate Assistant, Shika Thakrar.
