Mishcon de Reya has advised Mentor Marketing and Investments Limited on the £2.9 million refinancing of the existing debt finance of YooMedia Plc, an AIM-traded interactive media and gaming group.
Mentor Marketing and Investments Limited is an active investor and finance provider in the marketing and marketing services sector. It has agreed to provide equivalent financing to the bank debt and in addition, further financing towards the completion of the re-structuring of YooMedia Plc's business activities.
Banking Partner, Matthew Lindsay led the team, assisted by corporate solicitor Andrew Savile.
