Mishcon de Reya acted for Maypole Group plc (formerly AJ Leisure Holdings plc), which was founded in November 2003 to acquire a number of countryside hotels with restaurants/bars across the U.K, on its approx £2.31 Million admission to AIM. The company currently owns and operates three hotels; one in Oxfordshire and two in Norfolk.
Maypole Group plc was admitted to AIM on 13th April.
ARM Corporate Finance Limited acted as Nomad, Lewis Charles Securities Limited acted as the Broker and New World Corporate Finance Limited were the Corporate Finance House on the transaction.
Ross Bryson led the Mishcon team, assisted by Andrew Savile. This represents the seventh AIM admission on which Mishcon de Reya has advised in 2006.
