Mishcon de Reya represented iPhox Limited (www.iphox.com), one of the world's fastest growing VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) companies, on their sponsorship arrangements to become lead sponsor of China's top professional football league - which will be entitled the "iPhox China Super League".
Brands and Rights Partner, Conan Chitham led the Mishcon de Reya team assisted by Corporate Assistant Mark Hirschfield.
A spokesman for Mishcon de Reya said: "We were delighted to act for iPhox in becoming the lead sponsor to the China Super League. Since the announcement, we have been informed by our client that their software downloads have increased by over 100 percent."
This was the second VoIP transaction on which the Firm has acted on in the first quarter of 2006, the first being the £19 million admission of Amteus Plc to AIM in January.
