Mishcon de Reya completes second AIM listing in as many weeks

There was no rest for Mishcon de Reya's growing Corporate Department over the festive season as it completed two AIM listings.  And the flow of AIM work is set to continue well into the New Year, with the Firm advising on a further four floats scheduled for early 2006. The listing of Amteus Plc last week raised £4M and comes one week after the Firm completed ACP Capital Ltd's £50M IPO.  Both companies commence trading on AIM in the second week of January. 

Amteus Plc has developed and is now exploiting VoIP software applications for the provision of secure transmissions of voice and data over the internet for businesses.
