Mishcon de Reya acts for Matterhorn Capital and Western Ridge Properties on their £32.2 million acquisition of the Lagonda portfolio

Mishcon de Reya advised Matterhorn Capital, the new venture of Anthony Lyons and Simon Conway, and Western Ridge Properties on their £32.2 million joint venture acquisition of the Lagonda portfolio of properties. Matterhorn Capital is an exciting new residential and leisure based venture, focusing upon developing leading real estate opportunities across Europe and in the UK. Longstanding clients of the Firm Anthony Lyons and Simon Conway are both majority shareholders in Earls Court & Olympia.
This acquisition is the first joint venture deal that Matterhorn Capital has completed with Lloyd Simon of Western Ridge Properties.
Property partners Nick Doffman and Daniel Lipman led the team, assisted by partners Yvonne Baker and Ronald Hooberman and assistants Deirdre Hennessy, Kirpal Kaur and Arnaud Montagna.
