Mishcon de Reya acts for The Structadene Group in its £73 million acquisition of 431/451 Oxford Street, London W1

Mishcon de Reya has completed the £73 million acquisition of the prominently positioned 431/451 Oxford Street for The Structadene Group. The deal was structured by way of an acquisition of units in a Jersey Property Unit Trust (JPUT).

The unit trust comprises a leasehold investment building in the heart of Oxford Street (opposite Selfridges).

Corporate Partner Larry Nathan, Property Partner Nick Doffman and Banking Partner, Matthew Lindsay led the Mishcon de Reya team. Louise Farrant, John England, Kate Cooper, Belinda Bridgen and Andrew Saville assisted the team.
