New Partner joins Mishcon de Reya's Corporate department

Mishcon de Reya is delighted to announce the appointment of new partner, Kevin McCarthy, who joins the Firm's Corporate department.

Kevin joins from the London office of Barlow Lyde & Gilbert where he has been a Senior Associate in the corporate department since January 2004.  He has extensive experience of all types of corporate finance work, including private equity, mergers and acquisitions.
