Mishcon de Reya Advises Pace Petroleum Limited On The Acquisition Of UK Service Stations From Texaco Limited

Mishcon de Reya (MdR) has advised Pace Petroleum Limited, one of the UK's largest independent forecourt operators, fuel distributors and dealer networks, on the acquisition of up to 60 service stations assets and property from Texaco Limited. The first sites are expected to transfer to Pace over the next few weeks with the remainder transferring by the end of October.

The MdR team was led by property partner Kevin Gillon, who was assisted by partner Ross Bryson and by assistants Luke Miotte, Caroline Ricketts, Geraldine Mullane, Daniel Ellison, Nikki Shamash, Louise Farrant, Daniel Burns and Asa Waring.
