New Partners for Mishcons

Alison Hayes
Alison joined Mishcon de Reya in 1992 as a trainee solicitor, and was admitted in 1994. Since then she has focused on Family Law, advising on divorce, co-habitation disputes and disputes involving children and has developed an expertise in acting for high net worth individuals.
Philip Davis
Philip graduated from Leeds University with a LL.B. (Hons). He trained as a solicitor with Clifford Chance and was admitted in 1993, when he joined Mishcon de Reya. He is now a full- time litigator concentrating principally on professional negligence, civil fraud and injunctive relief, as well as commercial disputes.
In the same week, Arnaud Montagna (Property) was made a Senior Associate.
Mishcon has also completed a number of lateral hires in the last six months. The following partners have joined: Michael Cover from Davies Arnold Cooper, James Wilcox from Wilcox & Co. and Andrew Millett from Ashurst Morris Crisp. Gordon Campbell has also joined as head of planning from Eversheds.
