Intellectual Property Seminar

A seminar considered the risks associated with investing in intellectual property rights as opposed to other assets and how to deal with those risks through a mixture of warranties, due diligence and insurance. Conan Chitham of Mishcon de Reya's Brands and Rights Group began by addressing legal issues. Speakers included Kelvin King of Valuation Consulting, Kelvin has 20 years experience of intangible property valuation and Richard Bowdidge an experienced insurance broker who specialises in insuring intellectual property risks addressing the issue of insurance and intellectual property.
