Mishcon de Reya's Recruitment Services Group in association with Recruiter Magazine is delighted to hold the next in their series of workshops for the recruitment sector.

As the recruitment sector emerges from a number of tough years, the merger activity and consolidation within the sector will inevitably increase. With this in mind, Mishcon de Reya are holding this latest workshop to give practical and helpful advice so that you go into the process with your eyes wide open. During this one-hour legal workshop Nick Davis will be giving practical and pragmatic tips on ensuring that you and your company are ready for the arduous and time-consuming questions and investigations which start when you agree to sell your company, Vishvas Kanji will be focusing on the tax issues involved and Steve Neal from Devonshire Corporate Finance Limited will be commenting on the process from a corporate finance perspective.

The speakers, in addition to Corporate Partner Jonathan Berman, will also be providing 15-minute free and confidential one-to-one consultations after the workshop.
