13th Annual Contentious Matters for Charities Seminar 2008

This year we hosting the 13th Annual Contentious Matters for Charities Seminar. We have a very exciting line up, namely:-

Barbara Rich, a leading Chancery barrister, speaking on Forgery and Fraud in English Probate Disputes.

Henry Frydenson and Jonathan Arkush, an experienced Chancery barrister and Deputy Master of the Chancery Division, taking part in a Case Management Conference before a Master in the Chancery Division of a complicated probate action and Inheritance Act claim involving a UK registered charity, a mistress and a litigant in person.

Professor Robert Howard, Professor of Old Age Psychiatry and Psychopathology, speaking on The Old Age Psychiatrist in Disputed Testamentary Capacity cases.

Professor Lesley King, Senior Lecturer at the College of Law speaking on Probate Law update.
