Hugo has considerable experience in bringing, defending and resolving substantial commercial disputes through both litigation and mediation. He is a specialist in civil fraud having regularly represented clients in cases involving Search and Freezing Orders, Delivery Up and Computer Imaging Injunctions and other asset recovery techniques. Hugo advises upon the laws relating to covert investigations, data protection, telephone and email monitoring.
His most recent cases have involved breach of fiduciary duty claims, derivative actions, shareholder disputes, breaches of confidence, theft and misuse of trade secrets often with multi jurisdictional aspects.
