Adam specialises in the enforcement and protection of intellectual property rights, in particular undertaking trade mark, passing off and design right infringement work for well-known brands. Adam is also experienced in litigating patent and copyright actions, as well as trade secret and financial fraud cases.

As a Solicitor Advocate, Adam regularly represents his clients in the High Court.

  • Advising I-Desk in its design right infringement and passing off victory against Time Computers [Intercase UK v Time Computers [2004] ECDR 78]
  • Advising Lacoste, Speedo, Mitre and the Gumball 3000 Rally, as well as various well-known luxury brands, on day to day intellectual property infringement issues.
