Adam specialises in the enforcement and protection of intellectual property rights, in particular undertaking trade mark, passing off and design right infringement work for well-known brands. Adam is also experienced in litigating patent and copyright actions, as well as trade secret and financial fraud cases.
As a Solicitor Advocate, Adam regularly represents his clients in the High Court.
