James has significant expertise in real estate law including development, investment, real estate finance and landlord and tenant. He has many years' experience of acting for clients ranging from investment funds, property companies and banks to high net worth individuals and end users. He is accustomed to leading teams acting for quoted property companies and institutions in relation to a wide range of high value real estate related work which encompasses the acquisition of real estate portfolios and the property aspects of structured finance products relating to the development, investment and securitisation of significant City developments.
James is experienced in setting up and managing bespoke reporting, management and document systems tailored to meet clients' service requirements and to dovetail with their in house processes. James has also developed expertise in project managing multi jurisdictional real estate transactions requiring interface with lawyers in other jurisdictions.
