- Advising Deramore Holdings Limited on the purchase from the Prudential Assurance Company Limited of 48-76 St John's Road Clapham for £25.5million
- Completing three investment acquisitions for leading private property group O&H Properties Limited, at a combined consideration of £28,285,000
- Completing the £73 million acquisition of the prominently positioned 431/451 Oxford Street for The Structadene Group. The deal was structured by way of an acquisition of units in a Jersey Property Unit Trust (JPUT)
- Advising Deramore Holdings Limited on the purchase from British Land of the Debenhams store in Winchester for £11.25 million.
