Expertise
Melissa is a Partner and Barrister with expertise in Family law who advises on separation and divorce, jurisdictional disputes and enforcement, ancillary relief with a specialism in particularly complex, multi-jurisdictional cases involving significant assets.
Melissa also advises on private children matters, including leave to remove from the jurisdiction, residence and contact, prohibited steps and specific issues. Her clients are of course confidential, but many are high profile.
