Expertise
Claire advises on trusts and estate litigation and acts on behalf of both individuals and charities. She advises both claimants and defendants on a range of contentious issues including disputed wills, trust administration issues, claims under the Inheritance (Provisions for Family and Dependants) Act 1975 and issues arising from the administration of estates. She has also acted on behalf of a major UK charity in a cross-jurisdictional dispute and has experience of dealing with both the Charity Commission and the Office of the Scottish Charity Regulator (OSCR).

Claire is a member of the Association for Contentious Trusts and Probate Specialists (ACTAPS) and a student member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP).
