Max is a commercial litigator. He acts for a range of clients including individuals, companies and charities and his work encompasses commercial disputes, defamation, privacy and intellectual property.
He provides both pre and post -publication advice to publishers and has particular experience in advising clients (both corporate and individual) on reputation management issues.
Max also specialises in the law relating to art and cultural heritage. In this field he advises dealers, collectors and galleries both in litigation and commercial matters.
