Ian Lipman has extensive experience of commercial property - having specialised in the sector since 1979. His expertise benefits a wide range of clients that include property owners, investment/development companies and property funds.
Ian is particularly experienced in development work, property finance and NHS-related PFI projects. He has been involved in many complex, challenging and ground-breaking projects and is currently advising on a major central London development and two of the Government ‘green-lit’ hospital PFI schemes.
Ian also acts as an expert witness for the Crown in mortgage fraud prosecutions.
