Belinda Bridgen has over 30 years experience in domestic and international corporate tax. She specialises in all aspects of real estate tax including planning for direct taxes, VAT and SDLT and also structuring property investment funds. She advises a wide range of public and private companies as well as financial institutions such as banks and funds.
Belinda also has particular expertise in the tax implications of mergers and acquisitions, company restructuring, financing, private equity funds and international structuring.

- Structuring a management team interest in a joint venture with a major offshore property fund. Included carried interest arrangements designed to give them a 10% tax rate.
- Advising an offshore property fund on the acquisition of a £150 million property portfolio.
- Advising a property services company in relation to a de-merger and a joint venture with a major investment bank.
- Advising an online gaming company on corporate restructuring and jurisdiction.
- Acquisition of a £70 million property portfolio in an Offshore Unit Trust.
